As the celebration of 'Imbolc' is upon us, we come together consciously in honour of the new seeds of awakening that are stirring inside of our cells.
During our time together, a chakra awakening practice will be guided through song, meditation and ecstatic dance, with the beautiful aid of ceremonial cacao to align our intentions with our hearts (the central chakra and bridge between the ground and the ether chakras). The process creates an alchemy within our heart, minds and bodies and helps to expand us where we have contracted. We become less in our left brain and more open to our creative/dreaming side. We will also dream up and create vision boards during a sound bath.
