Our ancestors gathered at this time of year to celebrate the first harvest, known to many as Lammas or Lughnasa to celebrate life bursting into foods and fruits for the first harvest of the year.

We will bring you the medicine of cacao which has travelled to the west to bring us more into our hearts in these times of challenge and transformation on planet Earth.
The session will be guided by Maria.
