Join us for a family friendly coming together on Saturday 28th March 4.30pm til 11pm, as we shift our view towards the sun and celebrate this magical time of year where light and life in expanding all around us. We have created this space with soulful intention to:

  1. Mark the Spring Equinox — a moment of balance between light and dark, inviting reflection, reset, and renewed movement forward
  2. Honour nature’s turning — aligning with the seasonal shift from inward winter energy into growth, emergence, and expression
  3. Come back into the BODY— through movement, stillness, and embodied practices that support integration rather than performance
  4. Gather in community — sharing space, warmth, and presence as we cross a threshold together rather than alone
  5. Make space for intention — listening for what wants to grow, be spoken, or be tended in the season ahead
